Australia and New Zealand, Standard Delivery – within 4 business days
Standard delivery is $7.95, free for orders over $75. Your order will be sent via Australia Post, a signature may be required on delivery therefore we recommend a work address or address where someone is likely to be there, if a signature is required and no-one is at the delivery address you will be left a collection card to collect the parcel at the designated Post Office. You will receive your order within 4 business days, for example if you order Monday, you will receive your order by Thursday or Friday.
Australia, Express Platinum-next day delivery (Australia only)
If you order by 2pm, Monday to Friday and choose Express Next Day Delivery you will receive your order by midday the next day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday you will receive your order on Tuesday by midday. The cost is $10.95 or $4.95 for orders over $75. Your order will be sent via Express Post Platinum, a signature is required on delivery, if no-one is at the delivery address you will be left a collection card to collect the parcel at the designated Post Office. Express Post Platinum next day delivery service is available in most city and metropolitan areas, to check if your area is serviced please visit http://www.auspost.com.au or call Australia Post on 13 13 18.
FREE AUD DELIVERY (over $75)
Delivery is free within Australia for orders over $75. Delivery is standard delivery, orders will arrive within 5 business days. See delivery information above.
International, Standard Delivery – within 6 days
Standard delivery is $8.95 for orders over $150. For orders under $150 delivery is $19.95. Your order will be sent via International registered post, a signature is required on delivery therefore we recommend a work address or address where someone is likely to be there, if no-one is at the delivery address you will be left a collection card to collect the parcel at the designated Post Office.
International, Express Courier International – within 5 days
Express delivery is $37.95 for orders over $150. For orders under $150 express delivery is $44.95. Your order will be sent via Express Courier International, a signature is required on delivery therefore we recommend a work address or address where someone is likely to be there, if no-one is at the delivery address you will be left a collection card to collect the parcel at the designated Post Office.
Express Courier International is not available to PO Boxes, however does deliver to Poste Restante (counter mail delivery).

General International delivery information
Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries we deliver to. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be if anything. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Your credit card must be issued in Australia or New Zealand.

60-DAY FUSS FREE RETURNS
As an online business we understand that occasionally you may need to exchange or return item/s, we are committed to ensuring this is fast and fuss free for you and therefore offer returns/exchanges within 60-days of purchase and process exchanges/returns within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns Policy
As part of our commitment to provide star treatment to our customers, all items, except for earrings for hygiene reasons and outlet clearance items, may be returned for a refund, exchanged for another size, colour or item or returned for a credit note within 60 days of receipt. Returns are simple and fast.
We ask that items returned must be in their original condition and have any tags still on them. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
How to return in 3 simple steps:

2. Print the returns form by clicking here
3. Complete the returns form and enclose inside a parcel of your choice along with your item/s to return/exchange (you can reuse a padded envelope from original order if you have one providing any old labels are covered or crossed out with a marker). Attach the label on the returns form or write the below address on the parcel and send through your choice of postal service, we suggest you use a reliable method as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Once your parcel is received and inspected, usually within 24 hours of receipt, we will process your exchange/refund as per your instructions. We will keep you in the loop by sending you an email or calling you once we have actioned your refund/exchange. Only the amount for the merchandise will be refunded, if delivery/postage was paid this will not be refunded. If a refund is being issued to a credit card it may take 2-10 business days for the funds to arrive back into your card, depending on your credit card company.
Return exceptions
All items are eligible for exchange or refund, except for:
• Earrings - due to hygiene reasons, even if you have not worn the earrings our across the board policy is to not accept earrings for return/exchange.
• Outlet/Clearance items – can be exchanged or credit issued within 7 days, except for earrings as above.
• Jewellery that has been worn, purposely altered or damaged.
6-MONTH QUALITY WARRANTY
Sassi Jewels never compromises on quality. If your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, we are happy to replace it or offer an exchange or credit note within 6-months of purchase. You can feel confident shopping at Sassi Jewels, we will always look after you.
