How to Purchase an e-Gift Certificate
e-Gift Certificates can be purchased from clicking on 'e-Gift Certificates' under 'Shop by Collection'. All you need to do is select the amount of your choice ($25 to $300) and proceed to 'checkout' to finalise your purchase. In the checkout area, please provide the email address of the recipient of the e-Gift Certificate if you wish it to be send directly. Please provide a message for the recipient and any additional comments here, if you wish to. We will then email a virtual e-Gift Certificate, the lucky receiver can be shopping in minutes! Spending your e-Gift certificate!
When your e-Gift Certificate was emailed to you it included an e-Gift Certificate code. Please enter this code during 'checkout' when you are asked if you have a discount code or voucher to redeem. If you choose to spend more than the e-Gift Certificate amount, you can pay for the excess amount using the standard payment methods. If you choose to spend less than the e-Gift Certificate amount, the credit will remain in your account and can be used next time.

What is my ring size?

Click anywhere on the 'Ring Sizing' page below to view our information page on ring sizing. Within seconds you will be able to convert or measure your ring size. Print the below and either use the conversion chart or hold a ring to the various sizes to find out what size you are. Rings should fit over the black 'U' shape.

Please keep in mind charts and conversions are only a guideline, for most accurate results it is advisable to go to a jeweller and ask for your ring size to be measured.

Weather, diet and other factors may slightly alter the size of your fingers, however should a ring you order be too small/big, we have a 30-day money back guarantee policy in place; therefore you can exchange the ring for a more suitable size if available.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with Sassi Jewels, we are pleased to offer a 100-day money back guarantee on all purchases, (Note:except for earrings which under no circumstances can be returned, for hygiene reasons and clearance items).

Jewellery must be returned in its original state. Items that have been damaged unfortunately will not be refunded or exchanged. For exchanges we ask is that you cover the cost of postage, $6.50 within Australia or from $12.50 for international.

We are confident our jewellery is of high quality and therefore offer a 6-month warranty against any manufacturing faults.
Delicate pieces can be more susceptible to breakages - therefore we ask that you keep this in mind and handle jewellery with care, however should you find any pieces faulty please let us know.

How to return or exchange

1. Repack the item so it is in secure and in padded packaging. Include your name, email, phone number and address and the reason of your return. Please advise us if you would like credit, exchange or a refund.

2. You can return purchases through any method of post. However, we are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged during delivery. We therefore recommend registering or insuring your parcel.
   
   Note: If you are sending without registering or insuring it is advisable not write jewellery related words anywhere on the package. Simply put Sassi as the company name. Once your parcel has been received it will be checked and its condition approved. Processing takes around 2 days from when the item is received.
   
   You will be notified by a phone call or email once your returns or exchange has been approved. Depending on your option, you will then be issued with either a credit (valid for 12 months), a refund (depending on your option), or sent a replacement. If an order or part of an order is returned for a refund and postage was not paid (free) then $6.50 will be deducted for postage.
