EXCHANGES & RETURNS 


As an online business we understand that occasionally you may need to exchange or return item/s, we are committed to ensuring this is fast and fuss free for you and therefore offer free return delivery within 60-days of purchase and process exchanges/returns within 24 hours of receipt. Returns Policy
As part of our commitment to provide star treatment to our customers, all items, except for earrings for hygiene reasons and outlet clearance items, may be returned for a refund, exchanged for another size, colour or item or returned for a credit note within 60 days of receipt. Returns are simple and fast. We ask that items returned must be in their original condition and have any tags still on them. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

How to return in 3 easy steps:

1. Obtain your order number and date of order by:
Accessing the order confirmation email OR Login to My Account and View orders OR Contact Customer Care

2. Print the returns form by clicking here

3. Complete the returns form and enclose inside a parcel of your choice along with your item/s to return/exchange (you can reuse a padded envelope from original order if you have one providing any old labels are covered or crossed out with a marker). Attach the label on the returns form or write the below address on the parcel and send through your choice of postal service, we suggest you use a reliable method as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Once your parcel is received and inspected, usually within 24 hours of receipt, we will process your exchange/refund as per your instructions. We will keep you in the loop by sending you an email or calling you once we have actioned your refund/exchange. Only the amount for the merchandise will be refunded, if delivery was paid this will not be refunded. If a refund is being issued to a credit card it may take 2-10 business days for the funds to arrive back into your card, depending on your credit card company.

Return exceptions
All items are eligible for exchange or refund, except for: Earrings - due to hygiene reasons it is our policy that earrings are never accepted for return/exchange, it is hard to distinguish if earrings have been worn therefore this policy in the best interest of all customers Outlet/Clearance items – can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days, except for earrings as above Jewellery that has been worn, purposely altered or damaged.
